Wait? Can I call you a best yet? Is it too early? I’m not sure, but I am starting to feel as though we have become best friends recently and for the sake of today’s post I will continue to call you bestie! HA!
Recently I have had a few photographers ask me questions about online galleries! Now I should note that I include the galleries in their packages alongside prints and albums. I am a firm believer in printing your photos and showcasing them all over your home and office. But I will save the rest of that for a different post.
Today we are talking all about different types of online client gallery services for photographers! Now I am going to try and break this down the best way I can so please, bear with me as we ride this gallery rollercoaster together.
Client Photo Galleries
ShootProof – Want an online gallery, custom client website with contacts and invoices all in the same place? Shootproof offers it all on one platform. I also forgot to mention there is no commission fee for the annual membership. https://www.shootproof.com/
Pixiset + PASS PLUS (two different sites btw) – Create simple and clean aesthetic photo galleries for your clients. You can even customize the unique site URL for each event or client, set expiration dates and password restrictions. Since both of these offer prints, you can name your custom prices for photo prints. https://passgallery.com/ \\ https://pixieset.com/
Zenfolio – If showcasing your images is your biggest concern then check out Zenfolio! You can build your website and custom client sites with this platform. https://en.zenfolio.com/
Dropbox – Great for smaller galleries but there is no gallery showcasing just a file that your client can download. https://www.dropbox.com/
Now it’s up to you to do a little research, digging and free trials to see which gallery is right for you and your business! If you end up going with one of these, please feel free to share your go to in the comments!
